Position Overview

• We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Executives who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base in Europe, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with Vietnamese speaking clients in Europe.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Conduct product presentations, sales executive and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams in the Netherlands to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery of services/products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer relations is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to handle targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
