Job Description
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
- Gather and analyze market and customer information.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Represent the company and its products to customers.
- Handle customer objections and close sales.
- Liaise with suppliers to monitor order progress.
- Review personal sales performance against targets.
- Understand customers' business needs and requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related complaints.
- Monitor and remind customers of payment schedules.
- Develop and implement customer relationship maintenance plans.
- Provide weekly sales reports.
