- Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.
- Developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment of sales campaigns bycategories or total Con Cung to ensure sales achievement
- Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign categories
- Managing and developing of point of sale material (POSM) in-store in line with company business & marketing strategies
