Sales Executive – Logistics / Freight Forwarding
-Develop and execute sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve - revenue targets.
-Approach new clients, introduce logistics and freight forwarding services, prepare quotations, and close contracts.
-Consult customers on shipping solutions, optimize costs, and ensure service satisfaction.
-Coordinate with internal teams (Operation, Customer Service, Documentation, Accounting) to ensure smooth shipment handling.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and after-sales service.
-Identify new business opportunities and stay updated with market trends, freight rates, and competitors’ activities.
-Continuously improve professional knowledge in logistics and international trade.

-College or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
-Open to candidates who didn’t graduate in logistics but have experience or understanding of the industry (sales, export–import, customer service, etc.).
-At least 1 year of experience in sales or logistics/freight forwarding.
-Basic English communication skills (both spoken and written).
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
