Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
• Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal
teams to propose suitable solutions.
Sales & Technical Support
• Understand and communicate DeltaFrontier’s AIoT solutions to clients with
confidence.
• Work alongside the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and
product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new industry trends related to smart
buildings, AI, and IoT.
Marketing Support
• Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content creation,
social media campaigns, email marketing, and event coordination.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and
competitive insights.
• Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Mindset: Interest or exposure to technologies like AI, IoT, smart
buildings, or automation systems.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
• Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative.
