2. Loyal Customer Care at Store Level
Develop and execute store-specific loyalty programs to enhance engagement, strong relationships and drive sale growth
3. Enhancing Customer Experience & Sales through Personalization
Analyze customer data to design targeted promotions and offers that personalize experiences, boost cart value, and drive cross-/upselling opportunities.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with relevant departments including Marketing, Operations, Product, Communication,.. to ensure consistent and effective program implementation.
