Job Summary
The Sales Performance Analyst will analyze sales data, provide recommendations, collaborate with sales teams, and handle sales administrative tasks for smooth operations.
Responsibilities
• Forecast sales based on data and trends.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and adjust sales targets.
2. Performance Monitoring:
• Track sales team performance versus targets.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data.
• Provide regular updates and performance insights to the sales management team.
3. Sales Administration:
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including sales process policies and coordinating sales meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments on the implementation of sales promotion, incentive and bonus schemes.
• Calculate monthly incentives and bonus based on performance metrics and sales results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
• Proficient in Excel; familiar with Power BI for data handling and report creation.
• Excellent communication skills for working with a busy sales team.
• Energetic and effective in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are preferred.
