Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Brand & Communication Executive to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand communication strategies that enhance brand equity, strengthen corporate reputation, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking to support impactful brand campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Support in building, strengthening, and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communication touchpoints.
Contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate communication projects.
Monitor and analyze brand performance to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Communication & Content Development
Create and manage content for various platforms including social media, website, PR articles, newsletters, and internal communications.
Draft press releases, speeches, and corporate messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
Collaborate with media partners, agencies, and KOLs/KOCs to maximize brand visibility.
Event & Campaign Support
Assist in organizing corporate and marketing events, ensuring strong brand presence and messaging consistency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide post-campaign analysis with actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with the sales team to create motivation activities for sales monthly, yearly.
Act as a brand ambassador in all internal and external communications.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including media, partners, and internal departments.
