Summary: The Senior C&B Specialist’s main duty is to ensure the compensation and benefit of all staff calculated and reported on time and accurately.
Division: Human Resources
Report to: Managing Director (American)
1. C&B Operation
Be in charge of payroll of 03 companies: check attendance, monthly bonus record, OT calculation, bonuses calculate monthly salary & make payment request
Be in charge of monthly SI-HI-UI report on time and accurately to Social Dept and take care of other benefits related to social & health insurance for employees
Be in charge of PIT declaration, finalization & dependence/ Tax code registration.
Handle labor contract process including probation evaluation, contract renewal, salary review, etc.
Administer all related labor documents, ensure accurate and secure keeping of all labor contracts and employee related documents.
Ensure that the C&B operations remain compliant with the current labor legislation, collecting legal documents and advising the management on the change of relevant regulations when necessary.
Representing company in labor issues with Social Insurance Department, DOLISA, Tax Department.
2. HRIS Management:
Maintain and update employee master data in the HRIS to ensure it is accurate and up to date.
Manage the HRIS system to ensure it runs properly and supports C&B needs.
Perform data validation, user support, and troubleshooting for the HRIS.
3. HR Reports & Consultancy
External report: Prepare periodical labor reports to submit to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
Internal report: Cost allocation, Personnel cost, Payroll forecast and prepare any necessary ad-hoc reports upon request.
4. Expats Services (Visa, WP, TRC, Tax).
Collect and sort legal documents; support in providing legal updates to HR teams and BOD
Join in the initiatives to improve or optimize HR procedures
5. Other tasks as assigned

* Requirements:
At least 5-year experience in C&B role and experience in HRIS preferable.
Good knowledge about visa, work permit, temporary residence card for Expats
Good knowledge of labor regulations, employment relations & HR practices
Good English in both oral and written
Excellent in Excel & detail-oriented
Well organized, good at time management, problem-solving and information security
Honest, self-directed, result-oriented
