Job Summary
The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer ensures products meet internal and external quality standards before shipment, handles customer complaints, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints, returns, and quality requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis, dimensional checks, and coordinate with customers to verify corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead Out of Box Audits (OBA), Use Tests, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with IPQA to analyze data, implement containment, and drive corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions.
- Support OBA & Use Test Supervisor in team management and training.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain and enhance TTI’s quality management systems.
