Senior Facility Supervisor (Work at Cu Chi)

Facility works maintenance and team management (MEP, CSA, FF, Facility machines include Cooling tower, Chiller and pumping, HVAC system, DHU and AHU system, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Vacuum, DI water…etc.)

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility works acceptance and maintenance (include MEP, CSA, FF, Facility machines include Cooling tower, Chiller and pumping, HVAC system, DHU and AHU system, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Vacuum, DI water, etc.).
2. Review and sign for as build drawings, construction method statements, and documentations.
3. Work with external parties (contractors, consultants, government departments, etc.) to finish building/fitting out the permit and acceptance approval.
4. Maintenance plan, WI, checklist preparation, and review.
5. Manage the facility team. Train, assign, and monitor facility engineers and technicians daily work.
6. Other tasks assigned by the team leader and management.

This position will be based in Cu Chi Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10,11,12, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Binh Thanh/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

1. College or above in mechanical or electrical engineering. Etc majors.
2. At least 5 years working experience in factory facility maintenance field.    
3. Have experience in maintenance facility, include MEP, CSA, FF or Facility machines include Cooling tower, Chiller and pumping, HVAC system, DHU and AHU system, Air compressor, Nitrogen, Vacuum, DI water…etc.
4. Priority for the candidate with Electrical, mechanical, construction engineer/supervisor certification. Experienced in facility permit procedure and obtaining.
5. Experienced in firefighting in VN. building acceptance procedure and requirement of gov.
6. Understand 2D/3D drawings for electromechanical, architecture, and facility equipment. 
7. Good communication skills and cooperation ability.
8. Can understand English.
9. Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software
