(Senior) Lab Technician (Softline Testing Laboratory - Textile & Garment)

You will also act as the Member of Lab Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support Lab Manager in managing day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned physical tests and evaluate test results to ensure complying with the standards within turnaround time
• Ensure all equipment are operated properly and done calibration, maintenance/ verification in required interval
• Ensure minimum stock of chemicals, glass-wear, consumables for smooth operation within the test scope
• Ensure the chemicals, glass-wear, consumables are stored properly as per safety procedures
• Review and interpreter test results before giving to data entry
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality management and safety guidelines
• Ensure the working area keeps organized and be safe
• Be responsible for technical and quality of lab activities as authorized or assigned by Team Leader/ Lab Supervisor/ Lab Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Garment, Textile, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in textile or fiber testing
• Hands-on experience with fiber content analysis and operating physical testing equipment (e.g., tensile testers, colorfastness machines, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 Quality Management System is a strong advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
