You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As a Senior Total Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing compensation and benefits programs aligned with the Total Rewards strategy. This role also leverages data analysis, facilitates Total Rewards policies implementation, and streamlines processes to enhance the effectiveness of Total Rewards initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. C&B operations
Update, manage and maintain employee database in Workday system and other C&B databases (Smartsheet, Excel, Smartas, PMA, ESP,…)
Work with third party to execute and ensure the smooth processing of monthly payroll operations, Social/Medical/Unemployment Insurance operations and PIT
Execute and ensure compliance with On/Offboarding procedures while maintaining accurate employee records
Handle procedures related to employees (labor contracts, transfer, appointment, termination of labor contracts,...)
Provide guidance, support, and address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
Support the implementation of C&B policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Company guidelines and labor laws.
Follow up any costs and budget related to C&B activities and support in analyzing monthly expense variations to provide insights and explanations.
Input HR metric reports in a timely manner as required.
2. Rewards Plan
Assist in proposing and updating competitive Rewards Programs
Assist in conducting salary benchmarking to develop salary structures, salary reviews, promotions, and performance bonus
Participate in the Mercer salary survey, support market data analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures
Support on drafting Total Rewards policies and procedures
Support in building the annual personnel cost budget aligned with rewards plans
3. Labor Relations
Provide guidance and consultation to employees on labor law compliance and C&B policies and procedures
Support in handling labor disputes to employees' violations on labor disciplines following disciplinary process
4. Others
Participate in implementing team’s projects and initiatives
Other tasks as required by the Line Manager

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits administration.
Familiarity with labor laws, and market benchmarking.
Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools for data analysis and reporting.
Experience working with HRIS systems and salary survey platforms (e.g., Mercer).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
