Efficiently process orders received from various wholesale channels, including major retailers like Amazon and Target.
Retail order fulfillment: Amazon, Shein, eBay, and other retail platforms.
Provide attentive customer care to 3PL and 4PL clients, proactively addressing inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Get shipping quotes, book with forwarders or carriers, and follow end-to-end domestic/international shipments. Claim or Dispute handling, if applicable.
Manage and check import/export documents, commercial invoices, and service invoice from third parties.
Manage service expenses related to transportation and operations, seeking opportunities for cost optimization.
Working with the warehouse department to receive goods, manage inventory, ship goods, and handle related paperwork.
Directly report to the Supervisor/Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Possess a University/College degree.
At least 6 months of experience, with additional training provided by the company on specialized skills.
Background in Logistics, Transportation, Distribution Warehouse or a related field.
Professional knowledge of 3PL, 4PL fulfillment and customer service, problem solving
Experiences with ERP, Odoo, and EDI systems, and well-handling communication with system supporters are a plus
Experience in inventory and, distribution is a plus
Familiarity with SOPs and Guidelines. Ability to read, understand, and grasp the issues and accurately implement the requirements from partner service policies
Well reading, writing skills, and meeting communication in English. strong in independent working skills, careful, accurate, and logical.
Good in English: Good English skills, with the ability to use English effectively in daily work processes.
