Working on the Oracle system for the order process and arrange shipment out to regions under export process for all type of ship mode. Managing the department report in term of OTD / internal/ external KPI report. Coordinating with project team for OPD project enhancement. Managing the Air Request for Quotation process to regions with cost comparison & do proper communication on schedule required. Other supporting operational tasks for trucking/ customs clearance for export shipments to regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Maintain order data/ update forecast and generate the defined reports from Oracle system.

• Coordinate with planning, production, NPI & related depts to arrange shipment out smoothly.

• Prepare export shipment plan including place booking, SI/IFS submission to forwarder, trucking arrangement.

• Create shipping and Customs documents, working closely with customs brokers to solve any issues related to customs clearance and ensure alignment with delivery schedules.

• Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and meet customer requirement. • Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.

• Take responsibility for managing reports for consolidation & generate required report to management team for presentation.

• Work closely with Air forwarder on the RFQ with cost comparison and the

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/ Supply chain/ Import-Export/ Foreign Trade.

Experience: 1-2 years in im-ex scope at Manufacturing company (EPE is preferred)

Knowledge:

• Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint, ERP), ERP knowledge & good excel is required.
• Good in English communication (writing & speaking).
• Data analysis skill (Power BI/ Power Query) is preferred.
• Dangerous goods knowledge is preferred

Functional Skills:

• Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling.
• Able to use VNACCS software.

Other Abilities:

• Able to work independently and under a tight time schedule.
• Good team working spirit.
• Good communication skill.
• Male is preferred.
