Mô tả Công việc

· Implement social media plans aligned with the Marketing Consultant’s direction, driving consistent and engaging execution- primarily Instagram and Facebook, with additional support for TikTok

· Create and localize engaging short-form videos, photos, and captions aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and visual identity

· Research social media trends, hashtags, and sounds to develop fresh, relevant content ideas

· Assist in shoot coordination and collaborate closely with the Marketing Consultant to ensure high-quality creative outputs

· Manage posting schedules, ensure timely uploads, and monitor daily engagement (comments, messages, tags)

· Track and summarize key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and content effectiveness

· Support influencer collaborations by preparing briefs, tracking deliverables, and compiling performance reports

· Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, seasonal content, and community growth

· Liaise with Digital Marketing to identify and share relevant short-form videos for TikTok

· Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to evaluate and select high-performing posts for advertising campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements

1.       Educational Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields

2.       Experience

·         1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or community management

·         Background in managing brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok

·         Internship or agency experience in FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred

3.       Competencies

·         Creative Thinking & Storytelling: Transforms ideas into engaging visual and written content that reflects each brand’s tone and audience

·         Platform Knowledge: Understands the dynamics of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - including algorithms, content formats, and trends - to create relevant, high-performing content

·         Content Production: Hands-on skills in Canva and CapCut for designing visuals and editing short-form videos, using a smart phone camera

·         Bilingual Copywriting: Ability to write clear, engaging captions in both English and Vietnamese, aligned with each brand’s tone of voice

·         Attention to Detail: Maintains accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all social content

·         Organization & Time Management: Manages content calendars, deadlines, and multiple deliverables effectively

·         Collaboration: Works closely with Marketing Consultant and Digital Marketing to align creative direction and advertisement goals

·         Analytical Thinking: Interprets performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and uses insights to optimize future content

·         Adaptability: Quick to learn and adjust to new platforms, tools, and creative directions in a fast-paced environment

4.       Additional Requirements

·          A creative eye for trends, aesthetics, and brand storytelling

·         Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)

·         Strong interest in skincare, beauty, or baby care products and trends

·         Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a dynamic, collaborative team

·         Comfortable appearing in or supporting short-form video shoots when needed

·         Availability for occasional weekend or event support, depending on campaign schedules
