Scope of responsibilities

1. Develop Supply Chain Management procedures to achieving strategic objectives.
2. Manage and supervise all activities of Purchasing, Warehouse and Import-Export divisions.
3. Manage employee performance of works & KPIs, including defining KPIs department and cascading KPIs target.
4. Oversee entire operations of the department to ensure all operations procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including spare parts, materials, and manpower.
5. Prepare yearly budget for department and effectively manage the costs within the budget.
6. Manage and negotiate with all existing raw material suppliers and sourcing for new suppliers.
7. Supervise and monitor for all contracts related to Supply Chain Management department.
8. Collaborate with department managers for improvement actions.

Age: From 33 years old

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5 experience years in Supply Chain Management, Logistic, Warehouse Management or related industry and 3 years experiences in manager position.
• Experience in Food & Beverages manufacturing industry is preferred.

Soft skills:

• Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
• Good English communication skills

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
