SUSTAINABILITY SENIOR SUPERVISOR

The primary purpose of this role is to provide expertise and support in compliance and environmental issues for manufacturing activities at the factory in order to support the delivery of a compliance culture and performance.

Role Description

1. Management:

• Establishing the plan, assigning and coordinating work, and supporting the team;
• Following, controlling, and promoting the team's progress;
• Cooperating with all departments for continuous improvement;
• Update, training, and development of professional skills for team members.
• To timely notify, record, and report all arising issues related to compliance to the Head of Compliance
• Update law, regulations, and customer requirements

2. Responsible for deploying the customer’s audit/compliance program and group audit:

• Audit & certification: SLCP, customer’s audit, GRS/OCS/RCS/GOTS, Oekotex,...
• Environment: Higg FEM; environment audit
• Chemical: support team member in chemical audit program: In-check verification, supplier to zero, Brand's program, group audit…
• Energy: GHG report from government; brand’s program
• Responsible for the audit from the Crystal group in the environmental aspect

3. Environmental management:

• Establishing, following, and improving the EMS policy & target (including water, energy, wastewater, waste, and air emissions); analyzing environmental data and EKPI; and developing a program that satisfies customer requirements and the goals of the factory. Deploying and training and cooperating with related departments to develop an action plan on saving resources.
• Law/requirement updating and internal training.

4. Chemical management:

• Reviewing all requirements from the government and customer and deploying and implementing actions to ensure the compliance;
• Chemical control and annual chemical spill response drills.

5. Others:

• Coordinating and supporting the HS team for all tasks;
• Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Environmental management
• Professional Qualifications: Environment/ HSE/ Technical background
• Years of Work Experience: 3-5 years
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of legal requirement, Environment and and social standards such as Better work/ SLCP, higg FEM, ISO14001 compliance works in textile industry.
• Experience at textile factory produce for PUMA, ADIDAS is a plus.
• Languages: English
• Working place: Crystal Elegance Textiles Viet Nam (Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam)
