What you will do
Support end-to-end recruitment for international roles (sourcing, screening, coordination)
Search and approach candidates via LinkedIn and other global platforms
Communicate with candidates in English (email, LinkedIn messages, interviews support)
Update recruitment data and prepare basic reports
Work closely with experienced TA professionals on real hiring projects
What we’re looking for
Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates early in their HR career
Good English skills (working proficiency required)
Available to work full-time (or near full-time)
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or International HR
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
