Job Description:
1. Customer Acquisition and Development
· Identify, approach, and develop B2B clients, particularly EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) and FDI companies in the electronics manufacturing sector.
· Introduce and consult on products and services that best suit the customer’s production needs.
· Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and develop opportunities for business expansion.
2. Negotiation and Contract Management
· Negotiate key commercial terms such as pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and post-sales service.
· Work with clients to finalize agreements that are mutually beneficial.
· Collaborate with internal departments to finalize legally compliant contracts that ensure company interests.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments to check inventory status and plan on-time delivery as committed to customers.
· Work with purchasing and accounting teams to ensure seamless order processing, invoicing, payment, and debt tracking.
4. Sales Reporting and Customer Updates
· Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports, track potential clients, and identify new business opportunities.
· Provide timely updates on customer transactions, feedback, and emerging needs to support management in developing appropriate sales strategies.
5. Market Trend and Competitor Analysis
· Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback via reports, surveys, and direct communication.
· Summarize client opinions regarding product/service quality and propose relevant improvements to enhance customer experience.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Job Requirements:
· College or University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
· No experience required.
· Good English communication skills (for working with international clients/partners).
· Basic Chinese or Korean communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing) to support daily interactions with foreign clients.
· Professional appearance, confident communication style.
· Agile, adaptable, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
· Understanding of international trade is a plus.
