Title: SPECIFICATION AND SALES SUPPORT
1. Looking for potential customers/partners and promising projects
2. Presenting products and giving solutions to investors/contractors/architectures as per their requirement.
3. Making sales plan, co-branding plan
4. Visit and connect with Design Consultant, Project Developer in order to put our product specification then to get Project information, RFP, BOQ, Drawings.
5. Meeting with Design Consultant, Project Developer, and Applicator in order to prepare the prequalification document.
6. Arrange a meeting between stakeholders in order to conduct presentation
7. Exchange information with STO SEA who is the product manufacture in order to make a comprehensive proposal
8. Reporting to the Business Development Director and contributing to build/execute the strategic plan
· Start working time: immediately when pass the interview, asap
· Benefits & allowance: follow company’s policy
· Working time: follow company’s policy
· Gross Salary and commission will be discussed
1. Background:
Graduated from commercial/Technical University and experienced in sales (techno-commercial mindset, worked as a Specification or Senior sales support for chemical construction company.
2. Required skills and abilities:
a. Entrepreneur mindset.
b. Being good at communication, having the ability to work under pressure and to make a sales plan as well.
c. Having relationship, connection or being skillful in establishing the relationship in Civil & Industrial Construction
d. Self-activated-ness
e. At least intermedium level of oral and written skills in English
f. Negotiation skills including the ability to interact effectively with people of a different cultures
g. Being able to research, analyze and report accurately and concisely
h. Being able to build personal brand image and good at trade marketing (co-branding).
i. Maintaining good working relationships with other personnel, customers and the general public.
j. Being able to listen & learn from what sounds different from what he/she may know.
3. Experience: at least 3-4 years in sales (priority for applicant have experience in construction project sales/MKT/Spec) Industrial and Civil Building.
