1. Customer Support
· Trouble shouting
· Advise end user in product, baking equipment, …
· Train customer as requested
In order to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Develop New Product Application
· Develop new products following the market trends from research to finish products:
· Research and select what kind of new product
· Work out formula and process
· Calculate the cost of finished product
· Make sample & evaluate sample
· Finalize kind of product
In order to improve of Interflour products effectively, ensure the products always standard.
3. Daily Order Process
- Send daily Sales Order
- Work with customers to bring out sales orders and their demand
- Update information about the pricing, volume, market changing, ….
- Follow up customers’ debt
- Develop new distributers, new end-users
4. Sales Forecast
- Send sales forecast every week.
5. Business travel, visit end-users
- Making plan to travel to market, visit customer and end-users weekly
6. Brain storm
- Looking for the way to develop sales and customers
7. Report
- Make weekly sales report
- University graduated with major in Business Administration or related field
- English Skill – Intermediate (TOEIC 500)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email…)
- Good communication
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Ready to travel every time
- Good knowledge in flour and bread field
