Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales to lead and drive sales efforts for our Lubricant Additives product line. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the chemicals, additives, or automotive sectors and will be responsible for enhance relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new market opportunities and expanding business with current customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with existing and potential customer.
Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to provide insights into product development and pricing strategies.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lubricant additives, ensuring the ability to provide customers with technical advice and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment in product offerings and to address customer needs efficiently.
Customer Presentation & Negotiation: Lead customer presentations, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Reporting: monthly sales reports, including market intelligence, and insights into sales pipeline activity.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lubricant or related field. Industrial oil is advantage.
Deep knowledge of lubricant additives or finished oil, application, and technical specifications.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Proficient in problem solving
Effective working in both independent and team work
Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Personal Attributes:
Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.
Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
