Technical Service Lead Cum production Supervisor

We are now seeking a Technical Service Lead cum production Supervisor to build up a new production factory and maintenance system and a production team. This position helps to create all SOPs and work instructions for the new production team (English and Vietnamese) as a new production site in Vietnam for the US-based cooperation in Nhon Trach II-Loc Khang.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Vietnamese not more than 45 years old

2. Must hold minimum engineering degree in the electrical engineering field. Have experience and be able to work with PLC.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or process engineer 

4. Knowledge and experience in setting up production processes, SOPs, Work instructions…

5. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and ERP), process engineering software systems

6. Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

7. Fluently in English in both speaking and writing

8. Can commute to the workplace at Nhon Trach II, Dong Nai on her/his own.

9. Experience in setting up the production team, setting up the new production line

10. Advanced technical skills.

11. Ability to project manage.

12. Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD or related software.

13. Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.

14. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

15. Have experience with PLC control systems; Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

16. Can work independently and be a team player.

17. Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.

18. Be able to travel abroad for training or business trips sometimes

Benefits:

1. Salary: negotiation from 1 KUSD gross

2. 13th month salary

3. 30 K VND for a meal/one working day.
