- Support sales department with customer’s inquiries on Technical aspects
- Support Customers for any technical queries on company's products via telephone
- Provide technical consultation to Customers to maximize product’s performance
- Give onsite support (guiding in system setup/configuration, troubleshooting problems…) to customers if needed
- Co-operate with the sales force in promoting the product range to existing and new customers with presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, performance tests and/or similar activities.
- Generate and present technical proposals.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars and/or similar marketing activities, offering demonstrations and product expertise with customers where needed
- Update customers on new products and technology as related to customer’s industry and application.
- Report to Technical Manager

• Technical College or Bachelor’s degree in Automation & Control engineering or Mechatronics engineering or related filed
• 1 years work experience in technical support or equivalent field
• Experience in Robot programming is a plus.
• Able to travel for working frequently
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Attitude to learn quickly and be able to work independently
• Be careful & detail-oriented.
• Customer support orientation and be committed to customer satisfaction
