1. Brand Visibility:
- Develop and implement branch-specific visibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce engaging marketing materials and POSM for branches.
- Ensure effective and goal-oriented utilization of POSM at sales points.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate actual display setups, gather insights on competitor displays, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Propose adjustments and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of brand displays at branches based on field observations and market trends.
2. Promotion Management:
- Announce and train relevant departments/stakeholders on promotion programs.
- Ensure the implementation of promotion programs effectively reaches end consumers.
- Monitor promotion program performance and provide actionable recommendations for management.
3. Event/ Activation:
- Plan and execute customer events such as health talks, workshops, and activations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow event checklists and action logs, ensuring smooth execution.
4. Reports/Planning:
- Prepare and deliver Trade Marketing reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates on visibility and promotion performance.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly budget planning and promotion strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of consumer programs.
Experience Required: 2-4 years of working experience in marketing/ trade marketing. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Efficiency in Excel, Powerpoint..
- Good oral and written communication, able to convince/influence/manage peers & stakeholders.
- Design Experience is a plus.
