- Consolidate legal/compliance training requirements
- Consolidate training & development needs from Factory Manager & staff (via interview, survey, performance management data, career growth conversation, talent development program)
- Get the inputs from People Dev. on operational training requirements of customer
Training & development plan
- Develop & manage annual master training plan for Factory including orientation training, health & safety, hygiene, internal labor regulations, policy & processes, labor laws, relevant laws, first aid, working processes, standards...
- Add relevant training & development plan from Group to Factory annual master training plan
Training & development budget
- Prepare training budget for Factory based on Factory's training & development plan
- Get approval of General Manager on the training budget
- Monitor Factory training budget
Training & development programs management
- Overall and organize training activities training promotion
- Manage post-training effectiveness assessment (feedback, survey, interview, job performance review...)
- Manage training records (training completion of employees, attendant list, skill records, training certificate ...) for future reference and audits
- Training materials & training activities management
