Be responsible for performance and capability of team members in responsible area
Be responsible for Operation Optimization for the whole region in the matter of Cost Optimization and Service Quality Improvement
Prepare a yearly/quarterly/monthly plan for regional-level to ensure optimal operation at best cost and SLA
Propose initiates and follow up projects to improve fleet operation
Review and monitor BAU/Spike-day plan for number of trucks and working plan for Drivers
Ensure implementation plans to ensure quality (timing) and quantity (number of trucks)
In collaboration with other functions, address urgent cases (e.g. emergent request of extra truck/replacement, overloaded stations, stuck traffic, etc.)
Ensure continuous improvement of performance (on-time and fulfilment) and operation efficiency (SOPs)
Deeply understand root cause of failures in Operation (e.g. lateness, driver's fraud, etc.)
Build up good relationship with on-site teams (SOC, FMLM) and driver force
Ensure drivers' compliance with internal and external regulation/SOP (e.g. no tolerance of alcohol, drugs, etc.)
Contribute or update detailed understanding from the ground (operation, drivers, etc.) to support high levels of operation optimization.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain and other economics, business major is preferred
More than 3 years of holding the same managerial position in Logistics industry and 3 years as a Linehaul Coordinator
Good analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving capabilities
Be able to manage tasks and follow strict deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Rich experience of truck/fleet monitoring GPS and other relevant tools
Intermediate level of Excel/Reporting & Analytical tools
Experience in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
Experienced in team management
Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills
Shift-base working, on-site 30% and monitoring system 70%
