Our client is a logistics foreign-invested company, now looking for a Transportation Solution & Development Manager ($2000, ID12707)
1. Transportation Quotation & Solution Design

• Gather all required data from both internal departments and external stakeholders to support accurate solution design.

• Collaborate closely with the Transport Sourcing team to ensure alignment between proposed costs and actual deliverables.

• Develop and deliver professional presentation materials related to transport solutions in support of the Sales team.

• Design customized operational processes tailored to the needs of potential customers.

• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects involving multiple departments to enhance transport-related solutions.

2. LTL Network Development

• Design and implement a nationwide, digitalized Less-than-Truckload (LTL) transport network.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance network coverage, routing efficiency, and service capabilities.

3. TMS (Transport Management System) Customization & Management

• Lead the customization and ongoing management of the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure operational effectiveness and user adaptability.

• Coordinate with IT and Operations to optimize system performance based on evolving business needs.

4. New Project Implementation

• Develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new transport-related projects.

• Oversee project execution, monitor process performance, and propose timely improvements as needed.

5. Transportation Cost Optimization

• Analyze and synthesize transportation cost data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

• Present data-driven optimization proposals and feasibility studies to the Managing Director for strategic decision-making.

6. Internal Process Improvement

• Work closely with the Operations and Sourcing teams to review, evaluate, and continuously enhance internal transport processes.

• Implement changes to improve process efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

7. Innovation & Sustainable Development Projects

• Initiate and lead innovative projects aimed at improving transport services, enhancing digital integration, and supporting sustainability objectives.

• Propose and implement sustainable transportation solutions aligned with company-wide environmental goals.

• Bachelor degree in business management or logistics
• Over 3 - 5 years work experience in the same position in logistics industry
• Good at English
