MAIN TASKS:
1. Sales Planning and Execution:
- Implement and oversee sales plans and activities to achieve targets for supermarket chains.
- Coordinate with Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) to develop and execute partner, brand, and market development plans.
- Analyze and evaluate KPIs for employees to ensure targets are met.
2. Partner and Market Development:
- Work with CRM to develop and maintain relationships with supermarket partners.
- Monitor product presence and compliance with display standards at sales points.
3. Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Evaluate the quality of services provided to supermarkets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with supermarket management and partners.
5. Budget and Cost Management:
- Manage and control the budget and operational costs effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education and Major:
- University degree
- Preferably major in marketing, business administration.
2. Experience:
Minimum 6 years of specialized work experience in multinational companies or large-scale companies in the dairy, food, or fast-moving consumer goods industry, with a preference for the dairy sector.
At least 2 years of equivalent experience in companies with large-scale operations, with a preference for roles related to operating supermarket channel customers or convenience stores.
3. Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Have experience and knowledge in managing business activities Business related to CVS/supermarket, (chain) stores; on interactions with supermarket/CVS channel customers, especially purchasing department, purchasing department...
- Have knowledge about brand and product management; about construction and implement business plans.
- Have experience in sales management at supermarkets/supermarkets.
- Good skills in: negotiation, negotiation and presentation, problem solving and decision making, interviewing, hiring, training and team building.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build and develop cooperative relationships with customers and partners.
4. Other Requirements:
- Proficient in office computing.
- Fluent in English.
- Honest, team-oriented.
- Able to handle high work pressure and work beyond regular hours.
