KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process orders from the Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
• Act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
• Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports to track business outcomes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years of related experience in sales/key account management
• Intermediate in English
• Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
• Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
• Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
• Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
