[URGENT] Assistant to President

A. Executive Assistant Duties
· Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups for the President.
· Draft and translate emails, letters, and business documents (English–Vietnamese).
· Prepare daily/weekly reports, meeting notes, and essential documents.
· Arrange meetings, coordinate with partners, and support communication across departments.
· Maintain confidentiality and represent the President professionally when needed.
B. Product Coordination – Golf Balls & Tissue
· Maintain product data: pricing, specifications, stock updates, catalogues, and images.
· Coordinate with distributors/partners, follow up on responses, and support basic sales admin (quotation, delivery tracking).
· Conduct market research: competitor pricing, customer demand, and channel feasibility.
· Prepare product introduction materials and liaise with external agencies when required.
· Work with the Operations/Shipping team on delivery arrangements, container schedules, and documentation (especially for Tissue under non-warehouse conditions).
C. Personal Property & Shopping Support
· Coordinate with building management, maintenance teams, and related service providers for the President’s personal apartments.
· Handle paperwork: service fees, registrations, contracts, handover documents, and follow-ups with developers (e.g., PMH).
· Assist with personal shopping: researching items, comparing prices, managing delivery, and tracking recurring needs.
· Support occasional personal errands such as appointments, reservations, or ad-hoc tasks.
D. General Coordination & Operations
· Track deadlines, tasks, and cross-department coordination for smooth execution.
· Support logistics tasks when required: documentation, cost checking, meeting operation timelines.
· Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and small internal events.
· Perform other urgent tasks assigned directly by the Managing Director.

· Gender: Female
· College/University degree in Business, Foreign Trade.
· Strong English proficiency, especially in writing and email communication.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as Executive Assistant, Coordinator, Sales Admin, or similar roles.
· Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
· Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently under pressure.
· High level of time flexibility; willingness to be reachable outside standard working hours for urgent matters
Preferred
Ø Experience working with Korean companies or in import–export/logistics.
Ø Ability to adapt quickly and handle diverse tasks.
