UX-UI Designer

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.

- Discuss with the team to analyze and identify UX problems, regular review and refine UX/UI for improvement and refreshment.

- Work with the project team to illustrate new features and changes to app/web features by site maps, wireframes, and user flow diagrams.

- Collaborating effectively with product, technical and management teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 2 years of professional work experience in UX/UI field with confirmed examples.

- Strong understanding and passion for the importance of design thinking & interest in emotional design; has a clear and strong understanding of the importance of user-centered design.

- Strong logical thinking with the ability to simplify intricate workflows.

- Being proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma…or other visual design tools.

- Good visual design skills.

- Open-minded, willing to learn & proactive, can work independently as well as in a team.

- Hard work, commitment, able to work well under pressure.

- Financial, Banking industry knowledge is preferred.
