●Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, Redux, and

TypeScript.

●Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) for

enhanced performance.

●Optimize page rendering, loading speed, and SEO performance

●Build and maintain reusable, scalable components to ensure consistency and

maintainability across the system.

●Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX designs into high-

quality code.

●Debug, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

●Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

●2+ years of experience in Next.js, React. 

●Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features.  

●Strong understanding of React Hooks, Component Lifecycle, and state management 

patterns (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or similar). 

●Good understanding of CSS, Sass, PostCSS, and modern styling solutions. 

●Proficient in TailwindCSS, with the ability to customize and optimize it for large-scale 

projects. 

●Deep understanding of rendering, routing, and caching mechanisms in Next.js. 

●Hands-on experience with fetching libraries such as TanStack Query or SWR. 

●Proficient in Git, familiar with collaborative workflows 

●Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. 

●Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 

●High level of self-discipline and proactiveness in managing personal workload. 

●Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and front-end performance optimization. 

●Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. 

●Experience with AngularJS is a plus. 

●Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time applications.
