Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales and supply chain to ensure brand consistency and execution.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and trade channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive brand performance.
• Track and report on key brand KPIs including market share, sales performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, creative, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist in new product launches, packaging development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support content development for websites, social media, brochures, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create trade marketing materials and promotions tailored for dealers, retailers, and showrooms.
• Contribute to budget planning and management for brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in building materials or flooring industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand strategy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaborative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
