Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales and supply chain to ensure brand consistency and execution.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and trade channels.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and drive brand performance.
Track and report on key brand KPIs including market share, sales performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, creative, events, and promotional activities.
Assist in new product launches, packaging development, and go-to-market strategies.
Support content development for websites, social media, brochures, and sales presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to create trade marketing materials and promotions tailored for dealers, retailers, and showrooms.
Contribute to budget planning and management for brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
At least 3–4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in building materials or flooring industry preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand strategy.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self-starter with proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaborative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
