1. Main Purpose:

• Apply problem solving and Lean tool in whole cabinet factory to improve performance and cost reduction.

2. Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction.
• Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement events using Lean (and Six Sigma) tools.
• Teaching, leading, and coaching cross-functional teams on Lean (and Six Sigma) tools and methodology
• Mornitoring industrial performance (Ex: Line efficiency, Line Performance, OEE…)
• Implement TPM methodology

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering.

2. Experience:

• 1 year in CI/process engineer position or function the same CI.

3. Skills/ Personalities:

• 5S implement
• Lean Manufacturing
• Kaizen
• Lean Six Sigma
• Line Balance
• Root Cause Analysis
• Value Stream Mapping
• Proficiency in commonly used Power BI & Microsoft Office.

4. Other Requirements:

• Passion for Continuous Improvement
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
