Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
a. Commercial Analysis & Reporting
Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data from member companies, including revenue, expenses, profit, EBITDA, ROI, KPI, and P&L.
Evaluate market trends, operational performance, and commercial efficiency across sectors.
Develop analytical dashboards and management reports to support Executive decision-making.
b. Strategic Planning & Decision Support
Collaborate with business units to develop annual investment and business plans.
Analyze feasibility, efficiency, and risk of projects; propose investment, partnership, or restructuring solutions.
Prepare presentations and documentation for submission to the Executive Board / Board of Directors regarding strategic projects, transactions, and market expansion initiatives.
c. Commercial & Investment Performance Management
Serve as the liaison between the Executive Board and member companies to ensure alignment on corporate commercial objectives.
Consolidate, draft, and present executive reports, meeting minutes, and strategic materials.
Attend or represent the Executive Board in meetings, conferences, or negotiations with domestic and international partners when assigned.
a. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management or functional director role in investment analysis, commercial development, or multi-sector business operations.
Prior experience at Big4 firms, strategic consulting companies, or large corporations in retail or F&B is preferred.
Strong financial and commercial data analysis skills, including P&L modeling, ROI, EBITDA, Gross Margin, and proficiency in modern analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
b. Skills & Professional Competencies
Excellent synthesis, reporting, and strategic presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work directly with international partners; candidates with global professional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CPA, etc.) are preferred.

Deep understanding of commercial operations in Retail, F&B, and Aviation sectors.
