Support monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in salary calculation, deductions, overtime, and leave records, Time-Attendance, Bonus/Incentive.
Ensure timely submission of PIT (Personal Income Tax), social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance reports.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and performance-related pay processes.
Coordinate and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, insurance, tax, and benefits policies.
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and employee benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
Assist in performance management and training programs.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance and support.
Prepare and analyze HR reports.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of HR experience, with some supervisory or team lead responsibilities preferred.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Good command of english is needed.
