Reports to (Title of direct manager): HR Manager
Working hours: From 8h30 to 17h30 from Mon. to Fri.
A. JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:
Responsible for all human resources and admin functions especially a key focus on recruitment. Training & development, and communications are also a part of the job, and other HR & Admin tasks to support the overall operational and business needs as required.
B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of day-to-day operations of the recruitment (main), training and communications
- Perform recruitment duties such as candidate database management, job posting & application searching, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews for the levels from Office to Senior Sup and above
- Send job offers to successful candidates
- Register and join job fairs, recruitment events
- Consult recruitment solutions and evaluations for both blue and white collars
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees
- Create a new account of the 2 systems: Workday and the HR local system
- Make and extend labor contracts
- Follow to deploy development interview campaign by the Group
- Make an annual training budget and find courses suitable with Employees’ training demand
- Follow up with the Group to deploy online compulsory trainings for staff
- Make training reports
- Join periodic communication meetings with the Group Communication Team and update to HR Manager
- Assist internal communication events
- Other relevant tasks as assigned
- Bachelor and minimum 5 years of working experience in general HR functions, especially a focus on recruitment in the contract logistics (Warehouse & Transport) as preferred, and training. Preferred degree in Human Resources

+ Critical thinking, problem solvings, time management and job organization, analytical skills, teamwork and highest confidentiality
+ Computer literate – Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, HR systems
+ 4 good interpersonal skills of Vietnamese & English
