Oversee the function training and development for Marketing and Other Sales teams.
Collaborate with PBP to conduct Training Needs Analysis and deploy functional training plans.
Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP and stakeholders.
Training Logistics:
Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.
Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.
Training Materials Preparation:
Prepare and maintain all training materials and resources related to L&D operations. Collaboration with External Training Providers: · Search and choose reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.
Onboarding Process:
Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations.
Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.
2. Learning Home Page management
Manage and update the Learning Home Page with relevant training activities and resources.
Point of contact for Learning experience Platform with Global Learning
3. Dashboard management & Reports
Maintain accurate records of course registrations, participant training histories through MyHR and timely update training hours, training coverage in Dashboard.
Training budget: Take in charge Company wide, commercial budget and consolidate all HVN training budget. Managing budget from planning to submission, tracking progress as well as up to date report, ensuring timely and accurate tracking.
Ensures high quality and integrity of L&D data by monitoring accuracy, consistency and reporting on time.
TD Communication & learning culture:
Enhance TD communication to demonstrate benefit both individual growth and organizational success.
All mandatory compliance training dashboard:
Take lead and manage compliance for mandatory training courses (CoBC, Anti-bribery) as target.
Lead and collaborate with relevant PICs to ensure all mandatory compliance training courses are up to date
4. AOB
Support the promotion and implementation of digital applications in L&D activities and contribute to learning culture initiatives.
Assist with any other L&D-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics
1-2 years of working experience
Experience & skills required:
Strong in administrative works & focus on details
Analytical thinking; organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
Creative thinking, open-minded and enthusiasm, patient, dedication & commitment · Good customer service orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluently in spoken and written English; computer literacy in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
