JOB PURPOSE:

Assist several legal tasks of Legal & Compliance Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Company Licenses:

- Handle applications to obtain permits certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam

2. Legal Support

- Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.

- Recognize the legal risks and provide solutions to control and mitigate the risks

- Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation in accordance with the instructions of manager.

3. Administration Works

- Preserves all legal documents.

4. Legal Research

Research and update the new regulations.

5. Others

Others as assigned by supervisor.

KEY RESULTS:

- De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidiaries of De Heus Group in Vietnam obtain all necessary certificates, licenses for its operations.

- Ensures that all required contracts being reviewed carefully and timely.

- Warning the risks on time, provide the practical and effective solutions to mitigate the risks

- Basing on the evaluation of supervisor.

- Preserves all legal documents safety, carefully and can be accessed in fast.

- Quickly research and timely update.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree with major in Law

- Prefer graduated from UEL or ULAW

Experience:

- 3 – 5 years of experience in legal in-house

- Prefer experiences in agriculture sector, manufacturing field.

Competencies:

- Hard-working, enthusiastic, truthful

- Ability to analyze and think logically

- Careful, pay attention to details, concentration.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently, teamwork and effective time management

- Agree to take business trips.

- Able to work efficiently in an active and pressured environment

- Language(s): Good at English in both writing and speaking skills
