1.Production:

-Meet production targets and ensure that due dates are met, and product meets quality standards

-Be proactive and supportive in recognizing potential delays and bottlenecks

-Strong focus on material yields and waste reduction

-Establish SOPs to ensure smooth operational flow

-Create work instructions for key processes and product processing

-Ensure data and reports are accurately managed (WIP, output, downtime, yield, etc.)

-Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying bottle necks and implement new procedures to increase throughput

-Manage data input into ERP system

2.Planning:

-Work closely with the planning department to ensure resources are allocated properly and product is delivered by due date

-Ensure there is a clear internal production plan with milestones in place for each section to achieve the target output dates

-Effectively manage worker’s time schedule, minimizing overtime

-Control WIP levels and process flow

3.Productivity and New Process/Product Development:

-Identify opportunities to increase productivity

-Introduce new processes which achieve increase output and efficiency

-Collaborate with R&D to develop new products for market

4.Effective Worker Management:

-Increase worker productivity

-Introduce incentive programs for increased output

-Ensure employees are properly trained and prepared for each position

-Train employees on technical and procedural knowledge so that all employees develop the same habits of operation.

1.Education:Bachelor

2.Foreign Language: English

3.Computer Skill: Office software

4. Related Knowledge: Minimum of 5 years in furniture industry

5.Related Skills: The candidate must have good experience in production management, with excellent 5S, Safety, Quality control skills, Kaizen. Show a high level of competence towards driving labour, and be willing to take full responsibility for the daily output of the whole plant.
