Management Accounting Strategy Assistant Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Aware of the market situation for Vietnamese consumers and regions
• Corporate growth strategy and regional entry strategy
• Make mid-to long-term strategy and report to top management
• Lead the consolidation of commercial, COGS, and SG&A expenses for actual P&L and forecasting (twice per month), including analysis versus actual trends, forecast and AP
• To be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and relevant management reports with analysis in business unit performance
• To work with related departments and the management team to help make decisions
• To be responsible for controlling & decision support of respective P&L lines, business KPIs
• To coordinate with other departments and headquarter for corporate planning and monitoring to ensure the achievement of objectives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Ideal Portrait:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, management or related majors
• Good command of English and Korean (speaking and writing) 
• 3+ years of experience at the same position in FMCG/Nielsen/Kantar /Manufacturing companies 
• Knowledge of accepted local accounting practices and principles 
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations 
• Attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong communication skill. Strong planning and organizing skills 
• Good judgment and problem solving skills. Adaptive to change
