JOB SUMMARY

This position will cover for metrology task, take charge of all measurement method, measuring report, measuring procedure in metrology Lab. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction, method alignment and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Measurement methods build up, aligned, and released.
• Familiar with CMM and VMM machine, programming.
• Measurement task plan, timely and accurate completion.
• Measurement equipment programming and maintenance.
• Calibration System Management, Gage management system.
• Fixture and spare parts forecast and purchase.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or higher

Experience

Minimum 3 years work experience in Metrology Lab Engineer

Knowledge

Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization knowledge about metallurgical

Functional Skills

- Metrology Techniques including basic 2D drawing review, GD&T, and familiarity with basic testing standards.
- Proficiency in Statistical Techniques including Inspection Techniques, Measurement Systems Analysis. SPC Capability Studies.
- Ability to read 2D drawing, technical datasheet, testing requirement and other regulation, etc.
- Experience with 5 core tool, 7 QC tools, and other problem-solving techniques, etc.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good team player with positive approach.
- Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
