Mô tả Công việc
Manage import and export documentation, record and handle import/export shipments on the system. Handle customs procedures in compliance with regulations. Arrange booking with carrier/forwarder/airline for the import and export shipments. Submit SI, VGM to carrier/forwarder/airline on time. Issue INV, P/L, C/O, certificates to customers correctly and on time. Coordinate with all related functions to ensure cargo delivery on time. Monitor and notify shipment status to related parties in a timely and flexible manner as per regulations. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager. Report to manager as requested.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Logistics field. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export operations, international business, and sea transportation. Prior experience at FMCG or food manufacturing companies is a major advantage. Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth. Good command of MS Office. Experience in ERP (SAP).
