About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination. Interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management.

• Support project coordination and ensure tasks are executed on time.

• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational activities.

• Collaborate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Track and monitor key operational metrics.

• Contribute to internal communication and scheduling.
