· Develop short-term and long-term business strategies for the assigned sector:
- Research and analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends; Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for the retail distribution business, including market orientation, target customers, and products
- Take responsibility for managing, operating, investment effectiveness, business performance, and advising the General Director (GD) on decisions related to the assigned field; ensuring sales and profit targets are met or exceeded
· Manage business operations; Expand markets and find customers:
- Identify, develop, and build relationships with potential customers and partners related to the retail distribution field; develop the distribution system, expand retail channels, and strengthen relationships with partners/agents
- Participate in negotiating, discussing contracts and business terms with customers, contractors, or relevant partners
- Follow up market trends and recommend product and service improvements to meet customer needs
- Monitor and assess business performance and take corrective actions if needed
· Manage relationships with partners and customers:
- Build and maintain relationships with large and strategic customers (companies, government agencies, hardware and software manufacturers…)
- Research and update on new trends in the Telecommunications and IT industries
- Ensure quality customer service, handle complaints and improve customer satisfaction
· Build and Develop the Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality business team
- Set goals and motivate business to Sales Executive
- Manage team performance and create a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation
· Conduct performance evaluations and report directly to GD and the board of Directors.
· University graduate or higher in Economics/ Business Administration/ Telecommunications/ IT or related fields
· Possession of Project management certifications: PMP/ ITIL are advantages
· English equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher, good listening and speaking skills
· At least 5 years of experience in equivalent positions and fields
· Priority is given to candidates who have held business management roles in telecommunications companies, IT companies, or large distributors in the industry
· Sensitive and deep understanding knowledge of telecommunications and IT
· Strong skills in management, strategic planning, and decision-making
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients
· Ability to predict and identify technology trends.
