We are looking for 01 Sales engineer based in Ho Chi Minh (Binh Duong) able to speak English & 01 in Ha Noi able to speak Chinese. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales while working with innovative products and solutions.
Your Main Responsibilities
As a Sales Engineer, your primary duty will be to meet and surpass sales objectives while advocating for a diverse array of products from the Oil Free Air Division. You will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with current customers and developing our clientele. Your main responsibilities:
Visit customers and contractors in the assigned territory to have deep understanding of the customers, deliver best air-compressor solution to the customers to maximize sales revenue of all compressor product portfolio
Develop and implement sale activities to improve Atlas Copco’s customer loyalty to maximize business opportunities.
Develop and enhance market shares of air compressors in Vietnam.
Build customer and competitor knowledge. Track the competitive landscape and share insights with the Business Line Manager to enhance our marketing plan for future opportunities.
Collobrate with other air compressor divisions for cross selling

To Succeed, You Will Need
To thrive in this role, it is essential to have the following qualifications:
3 to 5 year experience with proven track record in project sales, demonstrating successful negotiation and closing sales.
In Ho Chi Minh must communicate in English.
Familiarity with the Compressor products is an advantage. Other industry product experience is considered.
Experience working in a large and complex organization
Can start early and can drive a car are pluses
