- Conduct telesales to approach into enterprises community to finalize potential customers
- Be responsible for the sale activities related to the client at the A.03 department.
- Identify, develop, and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects
- Define potential customers and conduct sales meetings
- Collect all accurate information of customers and issue quoting/ contract
- Prepare contract review when needed
- Ensure the target of a number of visits of new prospects
- Achieve the target fixed by Line Manager
- Follow up with customers
- Manage and follow up sales database
- Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
- Support preparing any tender, specific tasks will be assigned by the Line Manager case by case
- Maintain good relationships with current customers who are assigned by the line Manager.
- Develop and present new services of products testing/inspection/certification and enhance existing relationships that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business of products testing/inspection/certification services
- Conduct market research, information analysis and consolidation for business development projects
- Monitor customer engagement activities of the assign accounts and review account management practices
- Build up and lead commercial inspection team; Consolidate and regularly update development plans.
- Assist direct manager and sales manager in ensuring quality systems of department in respect of:
Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
- At least 02 years’ experience in the area of business development
- Experience in the role of B2B customer services or project management
- Experience related to industrial or technical fields (Agriculture, food, feed meal inspection/testing)
- Experience to work for an international certification and testing provider
- Sufficient territory planning ability to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Customer oriented attitude, good selling and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Mission statement/ Quality management statement
- Compliance and code of conduct guidelines
- Human resources QM document/ handbook
- Power of signatures and disposal
