We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of paid media acquisition and conversion optimization. This is a key role within the Growth team, directly responsible for scaling user acquisition and ensuring sustainable ROI as we expand rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.
· Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
· Analyze campaign data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
· Conduct A/B testing (ad copy, creatives, audience segments, landing pages) to maximize conversion rates.
· Work closely with the Content Lead and Design team to iterate on creatives based on performance results.
· Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to optimize user journeys and increase retention.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· 5+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing, preferably with high-budget campaigns.
· Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads; multi-channel experience is a strong plus.
· Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, etc.).
· Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
· Proven experience in retargeting, funnel optimization, and growth marketing strategies.
· Data-driven decision maker, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Industry experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Healthtech, or On-demand services is a strong advantage.
